Qualifications: Master’s Degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required. 8+ years of progressive procurement experience, with significant expertise in technology sourcing and supplier management. Proven success leading sourcing and negotiations with global technology vendors (AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce, etc.), as well as other indirect categories. Advanced proficiency with e-Sourcing platforms (e.g., Ariba) and digital procurement tools. Strong understanding of software licensing, cloud consumption, and technology contracting.
