Summary: The Procurement Specialist role involves managing media and advertising purchases for a global technology brand in the UK. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage media and advertising purchases.
  • Develop, coordinate, and manage key suppliers in marketing, retail, service, and logistics.
  • Report on supplier KPIs and drive performance improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while anticipating challenges.
  • Resolve issues in line with business needs.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance supplier relationships.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment of projects and expectations.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing procurement or a similar role, preferably in consumer electronics and FMCG.
  • Experience in supplier management, sourcing, and contract management.
  • Proven work experience with marketing agencies.
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong supplier negotiation and development skills.
  • CIPS or equivalent qualification preferred.
