Summary: The Procurement Professional role at PE Global involves managing the procurement process to ensure a lean and efficient flow of materials and services at the Birchwood facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of a lean, responsive, and resilient material and services flow from source to dock.
- Identify opportunities for cost and inventory reductions and quality improvements.
- Operate and monitor supply network procurement functions to meet response time, cost, quality, and lean targets.
- Collaborate with business partners and suppliers to resolve facility-specific supplier issues.
Key Skills:
- 2+ years of purchasing experience in any industry.
- Desirable experience with SAP Hana S4.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and formulas).
- Comfortable operating Excel and using PowerPoint for presentations.
- Exposure to Workday is beneficial.
