Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the implementation and maintenance of robust procurement controls and processes
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all procurement activities with oversight of DORA and Outsourcing processes
- Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance reviews
- Conduct spend analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and maintain procurement documentation, guidelines, and policies
- Assist competitive procurement processes and supplier selection activities
- Oversee the renewals and optimization of corporate insurance policies
- Progressively take ownership of procurement projects from the Head of Procurement
Key Skills:
- Procurement experience, preferably in financial services or payments industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with team members
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle challenging supplier conversations
