Summary: The Procurement Manager role in Warrington is a two-year secondment opportunity aimed at supporting the Senior Procurement Manager and Head of Procurement & Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team to deliver compliant, value-adding solutions.
• Develop and maintain a Category plan supporting NTS and Business lines strategies.
• Support the Senior Procurement Manager in meeting legislative, regulatory, customer, and stakeholder obligations.
• Act as Tender Assessment Team Chair for Bronze and some Silver Procurements.
• Draft, review, and approve sourcing strategies and contract award recommendations.
• Inform the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain of potential issues or disputes.
• Develop and maintain relationships across the NDA estate and business lines.
• Represent NTS at various forums as required.
• Ensure contracts meet NTS processes and procedures.
• Provide robust Management Information for stakeholder reporting.
• Support the wider commercial function in customer bids.
• Promote values of transparency, cooperation, and continuous improvement.
