Procurement Manager (Technology catagory), 6 months, London/Hybrid, £600 - £650/day (Inside IR35)

My client, a leading retail bank are currently looking to hire a Procurement Manager with technology category expertise to join them on an initial 6 month contract.

This role will fall inside IR35 and some office work in their Central London office will be needed.

Skills/Experience;

- Technology category expertise across software, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure, including an understanding of licensing models and emerging tech trends.

- Strategic sourcing and negotiation skills with a proven record of delivering commercial value in tech categories

- Supplier relationship and performance management, particularly for complex technology vendors, including SLAs, KPIs, and risk/issue management.

- Strong understanding of technology risk, data protection, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant and secure supplier engagements (eg, InfoSec, cyber resilience, data processing considerations).

- Ability to partner effectively with Technology, Cyber, Architecture, and Legal teams to drive demand management, shape requirements, and support major transformation initiatives.
