Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Procurement to design and implement effective procurement strategies
- Support the procurement team with daily operations and critical initiatives
- Develop and drive category and sub-category plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring through KPIs and SLAs
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing indirect procurement categories such as HR, Legal, Finance, Insurance, Travel, Facilities Management, or other Corporate Service areas
- Solid knowledge of category management principles and best practices
- Experience within a similar sector is a plus but not essential
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
