Summary: The role of the Real Estate & Office Services Procurement Manager involves leading procurement actions to align with category strategies and enhance execution efficiency across various levels.   • Demonstrated focus on total value and mitigating risk.
  • Someone who demonstrates limiting liability/risk while creating both monetary and non-monetary value.
  • Understands procurement and supply chain performance management processes.
  • Experience establishing robust & detailed scope of work documents, KPIs and SLAs with stakeholders to ensure expectations of supplier are clear and documented.
  • Global experience is preferred; while majority of work will be focused on EMEA, it is valuable to have experience working collaboratively on a global level.
  • Experience leading initiatives virtually and/or working remotely is desired.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, similar field or equivalent experience.
  • CIPS (or equivalent), or working towards would be desirable but not essential.
