Our client, a leading national tourism organisation, are looking for an experienced public sector procurement professional to join them during a period of change, to support a variety of strategic procurement projects. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of sustainable procurement in Scotland’s public sector, drive value, and support their mission to grow Scotland’s tourism industry. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role within the public sector and ideally will have experience leading procurements for categories including Professional Services and Technology. You must have excellent stakeholder management skills and have previous experience managing the end-to-end procurement journey in line with Public Contracts Scotland. In this role, you will work in an ever-changing environment, carrying out a variety of procurements in partnership with stakeholders, to deliver value for money and best procurement practice.
