Procurement Manager is a dynamic role with responsibility for innovating, souring and procuring all GNFR this includes paper, packaging etc Fantastic culture with a genuine care and focus on employees

Role split between West London office (2 days a week) and home (3 days a week) 18MTH fixed term contract

The role: As Procurement Manager GNFR 18MTH FTC you will develop, implement, and review a procurement strategy for goods not for resale, developing innovative buying strategies which exceed customer expectations

In the role as Procurement Manager GNFR 18MTH FTC you will lead, develop and support a team of 2 buyers and 2 planners and will have responsibility for the end to end supplier planning process. Managing a significant spend, this includes: Sourcing Owning supplier relationships Negotiating and cost mitigation Managing stock and availability

The Procurement Manager GNFR 18MTH FTC will lead and be part of cross functional projects that drive continuous improvement, sustainability objectives and cost savings

The Procurement Manager GNFR 18MTH FTC will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and will develop and lead the strategic supplier plan that will deliver long term growth

Ideal candidate: This Procurement Manager GNFR 18MTH FTC role is ideal for a commercial individual who has procurement or sourcing experience gained from either retail, FMCG or hospitality. Ideally you will have had packaging or paper experience

It is essential to be able to demonstrate hands on procurement expertise and have negotiated directly with suppliers You must have managed at least 2 team members and have hands on experience of sourcing new products

As Procurement Manager GNFR 18MTH FTC you will have well rounded experience across the end to end supply chain including inventory. You will have a depth of sourcing and negotiating experience

It is essential to have fantastic stakeholder engagement, relationship building and communication skills both internally and externally. You will be use data and insights to drive decision making and will be able to demonstrate the rigor and attention to detail required for this role

It is essential that you have excellent project management experience along with the ability to drive engagement and execution across the wider business. You will thrive in a matrix team focused, collaborative blue chip structure that is down to earth, caring and personable
