Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a £15m portfolio of food and beverage suppliers across the UK & Ireland.
- Select and manage key suppliers while driving best practice procurement.
- Develop and implement category strategies for food procurement.
- Utilize advanced negotiation strategies to secure favorable agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of commodity markets and trends.
- Manage relationships with key product suppliers to ensure quality and performance.
- Drive supplier performance and continuous improvement within the supply chain.
