Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a £15m portfolio of food and beverage suppliers across the UK & Ireland.
  • Select and manage key suppliers while driving best practice procurement.
  • Develop and implement category strategies for food procurement.
  • Utilize advanced negotiation strategies to secure favorable agreements.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of commodity markets and trends.
  • Manage relationships with key product suppliers to ensure quality and performance.
  • Drive supplier performance and continuous improvement within the supply chain.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in food procurement and supplier management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with negotiation tools and techniques.
