Procurement Manager – Digital Transformation
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Professional with strong digital procurement expertise to support a major digital transformation programme within a public sector environment.
The role will focus on managing technology and software agreements, negotiating commercial contracts, and overseeing SOWs, work orders and supplier relationships within an agile delivery environment.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience procuring under PA23 and or PCR-2015 alongside a strong understanding of digital procurement, commercial governance and contract management.
