Summary: The Procurement Manager - Data Enablement role involves leading strategic procurement activities for a major Enterprise Data Platform transformation. The position requires a blend of strategic sourcing and hands-on execution to implement a comprehensive data and AI solution. The role is based in London and is classified as inside IR35, requiring work through an umbrella company. This is a 6-month contract with a flexible working arrangement of one day per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end procurement and delivery of the Enterprise Data Platform transformation.
  • Combine strategic sourcing with hands-on execution for data and AI solutions.
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage large-scale transformation procurements.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders, including technical teams and C-suite leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23).

Procurement Manager - Data Enablement

£650-£750 per day inside IR35 via umbrella

We are proud to be partnering with a key customer who are looking to appoint an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic procurement activities across critical business units.

This role leads the end-to-end procurement and delivery of a major Enterprise Data Platform transformation, combining strategic sourcing with hands-on execution to select and implement a full data and AI solution.

Key skills required:

  • Strong experience in technology procurement, particularly across data platforms, cloud, and AI ecosystems
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage large-scale transformation procurements
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, operating effectively with both technical teams and C-suite leadership
  • Essential knowledge and experience working under the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23)
