Summary: The Procurement Manager - Data Enablement role involves leading strategic procurement activities for a major Enterprise Data Platform transformation. The position requires a blend of strategic sourcing and hands-on execution to implement a comprehensive data and AI solution. The role is based in London and is classified as inside IR35, requiring work through an umbrella company. This is a 6-month contract with a flexible working arrangement of one day per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end procurement and delivery of the Enterprise Data Platform transformation.
- Combine strategic sourcing with hands-on execution for data and AI solutions.
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage large-scale transformation procurements.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders, including technical teams and C-suite leadership.
- Ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23).
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in technology procurement, particularly in data platforms, cloud, and AI ecosystems.
