Summary: The Procurement Lead for Digital & IT is responsible for developing a vendor strategy and managing RFPs within the digital and IT sectors. This role requires strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to drive cost reduction and transformation initiatives. The position involves working closely with key suppliers and requires on-site presence in Hampshire for part of the week. The role is classified as Umbrella only, indicating an inside IR35 status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing a clear vendor strategy and structure
• Create and Manage multiple RFPs across Digital and IT
• A track record in evaluating and negotiating strategic relationships with suppliers across multiple categories
• Experience of managing and negotiating with key suppliers across multiple platforms
• Proven track record of initiating and carrying out cost reduction/productivity improvement programs
• Demonstrable experience in driving change and transformation
