Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Procure to Pay process, including on-time order placement and delivery.
• Ensure adherence to governance, policy, and processes for compliance.
• Support senior team members with orderbook reviews and invoice management.
• Update delivery dates in multiple ERP systems for data accuracy.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and interface across various business functions.
• Assist colleagues with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Key Skills:

• Procurement experience in a high volume, fast-paced aerospace or manufacturing market.
• Supply Chain orderbook management experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Working understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
