Description:
We are looking for a Procurement Delivery Associate for the ongoing construction projects at the Basel site.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requisitions, orders, and invoices using ERP systems
- Manage contracts and tenders administratively
- Conduct non-complex tenders
- Handle warranties, acceptance protocols, and insurance documentation
- Support procurement activities for projects and business-related requests
- Execute smaller procurement tasks (ad hoc, call-off, reactive/planned)
- Ensure procurement compliance with category specifications, policies, and contracts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement appropriate procurement processes
Requirements:
- Completed 3-year apprenticeship in office communications
- Additional qualification in purchasing/materials management or a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience
- Strong communication skills and business requirement understanding
- Proficiency in procurement systems and tools (e.g., SAP, e-contracting)
- Excellent command of German and English
