Summary: The Procurement Coordinator role is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Dyce, supporting Wells and North Sea Operations for an Oil & Gas client. The position involves managing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with supplier terms, and maintaining contract data integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in procurement and drilling operations is desirable but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise Service/Limit SCs using SAP/SRM
- Expedite PO output to suppliers and resolve output issues
- Troubleshoot ad-hoc/sourced demand issues; ensure correct output mediums
- Verify PSCM system inputs align with supplier T&Cs before raising requests
- Initiate PO uplift requests
- Use the WELS system (Kabal) for logistics and time planner setup
- Provide SPA cost module training and support estimate-related queries
- Maintain contract data integrity in WELS; ensure all relevant contracts are up to date
- Manage POs: link estimates to PO repository, update PO numbers, and track uplifts
- Generate ad hoc cost estimates for low-volume vendors
- Coordinate workflow changes and raise SNOW tickets
- Manage Vendor SPU Extension requests in collaboration with PSCM
- Run reports and intelligence on procurement requests
- Oversee PO closure process at campaign end, including invoice deadlines and accruals
