Summary: The Procurement Coordinator role at a leading high-tech company involves supporting procurement needs for the UK lab, manufacturing, and R&D teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Support procurement lifecycle and act as a key resource for the UK supply chain manager.
- Coordinate NDA, Compliance Reviews, and supplier onboarding processes.
- Request RFQs from qualified suppliers and review purchase requests for accuracy.
- Place approved orders via online, email, and phone.
- Monitor open order reports and follow up with suppliers for status updates.
- Assist with administrative activities in support of Supply Chain Management.
Key Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in corporate purchasing.
- Knowledge of purchase requisition and purchase order processes.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Coupa, or Oracle.
- Industry knowledge of IT, hardware, optical devices, or electronic components is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
