Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity of plant production costing and accuracy for strategic decision-making.
- Execute tasks related to cost rates, inventory valuation, and error resolution.
- Prepare costing information and analyses for operational management.
- Control production cost processes at SKU level and manage KPI reporting.
- Update Bills of Materials and Master data for accurate cost management.
- Conduct pre- and post-calculation analysis and advise on improvements.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with financial month-end closing activities.
- Support the commercial/pricing team with accurate costing.
- Collaborate with local operations managers for transparent analysis and improvements.
- Assist in new product development and the annual budgeting process.
- Ensure compliance with internal control systems and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or a similar discipline.
- Experience with SAP or other manufacturing ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of CO and MM modules in SAP.
- Understanding of production costing and cost center accounting.
- Result-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
