Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the integrity of plant production costing and accuracy for strategic decision-making.
• Execute tasks related to cost rates, inventory valuation, and error resolution.
• Prepare costing information and analyses for operational management.
• Control production cost processes at SKU level and manage KPI reporting.
• Update Bills of Materials and Master data for accurate cost management.
• Conduct pre- and post-calculation analysis and advise on improvements.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with financial month-end closing activities.
• Support the commercial/pricing team with accurate costing.
• Collaborate with local operations managers for transparent analysis and improvements.
• Assist in new product development and the annual budgeting process.
• Ensure compliance with internal control systems and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Key Skills:

• Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or a similar discipline.
• Experience with SAP or other manufacturing ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of CO and MM modules in SAP.
• Understanding of production costing and cost center accounting.
• Result-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
