Summary: The Procurement & Contract Analyst role at IQUW involves managing procurement requests and maintaining the contract database while becoming a Subject Matter Expert in the new Contract Management Software Tool. The position requires both independent analysis and collaborative work with colleagues to ensure timely execution of contracts and renewals. The role is integral to the procurement lifecycle and will evolve with new working methods. The analyst will support onboarding new suppliers and maintain effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the new Contract Management Software Tool.
  • Work with Head of Procurement to identify other potential users within the business.
  • Manage the Procurement Request process.
  • Maintain and manage the procurement contract database.
  • Support the due diligence process for onboarding new suppliers.
  • Maintain the renewal ‘flight path’ and ensure timely execution of renewals.
  • Manage the contractor process and liaise with other departments as required.

Key Skills:

  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office Products and preferably other CRM or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with good financial acumen and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Initiative & change driving.
  • Planning & organizing.
