• Overseeing financial operations, including treasury functions and historical data cleanses.
• Supporting large-scale finance transformation initiatives during mergers and acquisitions.

Key Skills:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5 years PQE.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently on varied projects.
• Transaction experience supporting acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS in a real estate environment.
• Confident with finance systems, including implementation and optimisation.
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience working with C-suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including working with financial models.
