Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the regional deployment of Source-to-Receipt (S2R) processes for consulting and contingent labour procurement.
• Translate local needs into global design improvements and promote standardisation.
• Champion the implementation of orchestration/intake tools to improve request-to-contract workflows.
• Collaborate with Digital Technologies and Procurement Systems teams for effective tool configuration and adoption.
• Support integration with sourcing platforms such as Ariba and Coupa.
• Analyze data from stakeholders and systems to generate insights and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Apply deep category knowledge to tailor procurement workflows and drive supplier performance and compliance.
• Influence and engage stakeholders across functions including Finance, Internal Audit, and Digital.
• Launch and scale pilots for orchestration tools and develop scalable playbooks.
• Monitor KPIs and adoption metrics to ensure long-term success and impact.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Extensive experience in strategic sourcing for consulting and contingent labour categories.
• Proven track record in leading procurement process and digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration/intake tools (Zip, Tonkean, Oro – highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end S2R processes and procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow).
• Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS) and contract management platforms.
