Procurement Business Partner -.*MUST HAVE NHS EXPERIENCE*

Location: London (2-3 days onsite)

Contract Length: 6-Months initially

Rate: Up to £400 a day Inside IR35

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop procurement strategies.
• Lead end-to-end procurement activity from planning through to contract award.
• Support procurements across digital, technology, healthcare services, consultancy and professional services.
• Develop tender documentation, evaluation criteria and commercial assessments.
• Manage supplier engagement, negotiations and contract mobilisation activities.
• Ensure procurement activity is delivered in line with public sector procurement regulations and governance requirements.
• Support the development of procurement processes, templates and reporting.

Essential Experience

• Experience delivering end-to-end procurement activity within the NHS, public sector or a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and frameworks.
• Experience supporting digital, technology and/or professional services procurements.
• Strong commercial awareness and supplier management capability.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.

Desirable Experience

• NHS procurement experience.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as G-Cloud, DOS and other public sector routes to market.
• Experience of healthcare services procurement.
• CIPS qualified or working towards MCIPS.
