Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead NICE’s procurement of goods and services with a non-pay budget of approximately £28m.
- Provide expert leadership in procurement processes and contract management across NICE.
- Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Offer professional advice on complex procurement and contractual matters.
- Lead and support the development and delivery of training programmes on procurement standards.
- Oversee and manage tenders and ensure financial and operational compliance.
Key Skills:
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in procurement or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of procurement methods, commercial law, and business analysis techniques.
- Experience in managing procurement strategies within a public sector context.
- Proven ability to provide leadership in procurement and contract management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
