Summary: The Procurement Business Partner role is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London, focusing on supplier contracting, compliance, and performance management across a major UK contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the implementation of robust, compliant supplier contracts across the UK
  • Managing full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and implementation
  • Ensuring all supplier agreements include appropriate flow-down clauses and meet compliance and assurance standards
  • Acting as the key link between Procurement, Legal, and Operational teams to keep delivery aligned and on track
  • Supporting operational teams to ensure scopes of work meet technical and client expectations
  • Driving contract management and risk mitigation, reducing commercial and operational exposure
  • Ensuring supplier governance is in place, including KPIs, SPIs, and reporting frameworks
  • Managing supplier relationships and representing the central procurement function across multiple workstreams

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years’ procurement experience, with strong contracting expertise
  • Proven experience in contract writing, negotiation, and supplier management
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on risk mitigation and governance
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Confident communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • CIPS, MBA, or degree-level education (preferred)
  • Public sector experience (advantageous)

Procurement Business Partner - 12 Month FTC (London, Hybrid) ISS We’re looking for a commercially driven procurement professional to support a major UK contract, playing a key role in supplier contracting, compliance, and performance across a complex estate. This is a high-impact role where you’ll act as the bridge between Supply Chain & Procurement, Legal, and operational workstreams—ensuring contractual governance, alignment, and best-in-class supplier solutions across the account.
