Summary: The role of Procurement Business Analyst focuses on supporting a Procurement Transformation programme, specifically in TPRM and Supplier Risk Management. The position requires an immediate start and involves working onsite two days a week in North London/Hertfordshire. The analyst will collaborate with a small team to redesign procurement processes, implement supplier risk management, and develop contract management systems. This position is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Redesign the Group Procurement Operating Model, including policy, processes, structure, and RACI.
  • Design and implement Supplier Risk Management, identifying risks in the supply chain and establishing controls.
  • Develop a Group-wide contract management system, including a contracts database in collaboration with the legal team.
  • Design, develop, and implement procurement data management, including spend analytics and supplier details.
  • Specify, procure, and implement a Supplier Risk Management System, Contracts Database, and Source to Pay system.

Key Skills:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in procurement and supplier risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
