Summary: The Procurement and Supply Chain (PSC) Performance Specialist is responsible for optimizing procurement processes, enhancing performance monitoring frameworks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal obligations. The role involves analyzing procurement data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing insights to management on procurement performance and supplier relationships. The position requires a proactive approach to risk management and supplier performance monitoring, aligning procurement operations with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Company’s initiative to streamline procurement processes, optimizing workflows.
  • Improve performance monitoring frameworks to ensure alignment with PSC objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance procurement workflows.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on procurement performance and cost optimization.
  • Act as a liaison between procurement, finance, and operations teams.
  • Develop and maintain PSC planning in collaboration with the Company Planning Team.
  • Support team and internal customers with data input and quality assurance.
  • Provide data to support contracting activity and bid evaluations.
  • Oversee the vendor add process and ensure DDQ reviews are completed.
  • Manage, review, analyze, and distribute 3rd Party contractual deliverables.
  • Manage various spend categories and develop category strategies.
  • Conduct data-driven spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor agreements and contracts.
  • Maintain updated records for procurement-related contracts.
  • Utilize ERP system and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Lead and assist in planning internal events such as supplier meetings.
  • Monitor and assess supplier performance through KPIs.
  • Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Administer Work Orders under Technical Service Agreement using ERP system.
  • Maintain PSC policies and ensure compliance with legislation and company objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to tendering procedures and ethical rules related to contracts.
  • Ensure appropriate use of PSC tools and efficient management of suppliers.
  • Comply with HSE Management System and take care of health and safety.
  • Participate actively in HSE meetings and cooperate in executing the HSE plan.

Key Skills:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Procurement and Supply Chain or Finance.
  • Fluent in English and Azerbaijani.
  • Proactive, reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong business analytical and report writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, and SAP.
