Spencer Clarke Group are supporting London public sector organisation for an experienced procurement professional to lead strategic category activity across Housing Property Services. This is a senior, high-impact interim opportunity where you will influence major spend, shape markets, and support improved outcomes for residents.
You will take ownership of complex procurement programmes, provide expert advice to senior stakeholders, and drive best practice across governance, compliance, and value for money, while embedding social value and sustainability in commissioning outcomes.
