Key Responsibilities:
- Gain understanding of procurement and finance roles in a SME.
- Participate in strategic meetings with stakeholders and vendors.
- Support the RFI/RFP process and assist with supplier research.
- Help with contract management and supplier performance reviews.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist with finance tasks including mailbox management and bank reconciliation.
- Utilize Payhawk for expense payments and manage finance post.
- Deliver a final project showcasing learned skills and personal development areas.
