Summary: The Procurement Analyst role involves supporting the implementation of a new procurement intake and vendor management platform within the Technology department. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, IT, and the CIO office to map current intake and approval workflows.
- Support the development and rollout of a Technology Sourcing Policy.
- Collect, clean, and organise procurement-related data (vendors, contracts, intake forms).
- Assist with vendor master data preparation and classification.
- Contribute to intake process design and documentation to support platform configuration.
- Participate in testing, issue tracking, and rollout support.
- Provide insights to streamline procurement onboarding and intake orchestration.
- Support early-stage planning for future expense management tooling.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Experience with SaaS procurement tools is a plus.
- Experienced with procure-to-pay processes, focusing on intake and orchestration.
- Exposure to procurement system architecture or ERP integration points.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, GDPR, DORA, SOX).
- Experience with intake workflow design and process optimisation.
- Familiarity with API/data integration platforms.
- Background in indirect procurement, especially IT and SaaS categories.
- Experience supporting change management initiatives across functions.

Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Analyst to support the rollout of a new third-party procurement intake and vendor management platform. In this role, you’ll play a key part in streamlining intake processes, managing vendor data, and shaping a Technology Sourcing Policy in close collaboration with the CIO and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in procurement—particularly within technology categories—and a strong grasp of the end-to-end procure-to-pay lifecycle.
