Summary: The Procurement Analyst role is a six-month fixed-term contract based in London, focusing on a procurement transformation programme for a leading global specialty insurer. The position involves enhancing processes, reporting capabilities, and commercial decision-making through spend and vendor analysis. The role requires collaboration with Finance and key stakeholders to build a best-in-class Source to Pay function. Key Responsibilities:
- Producing and analysing spend data, dashboards, and MI for senior stakeholders
- Supporting procurement projects across vendor management and third-party risk
- Managing procurement pipelines and demand planning activity
- Tracking contracts through to signature and supporting governance processes
- Assisting with regulatory reporting and commercial savings tracking
- Supporting the development of Source to Pay workflows and data processes
Key Skills:
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills within a procurement environment

We’re partnering with a leading global speciality insurer looking to appoint a Procurement Analyst on an initial 4-month FTC, with a strong view to extend, supporting a high-impact procurement transformation programme. This is a highly visible role where you’ll play a key part in improving processes, enhancing reporting capability, and driving better commercial decision-making across the business. You’ll focus on spend and vendor analysis, while supporting the build-out of a best-in-class Source to Pay function in collaboration with Finance and key stakeholders.
