Summary: The Procurement Analyst - Indirect role involves analyzing purchasing trends and optimizing procurement strategies within a global manufacturing business. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain an accurate and efficient supplier database
• Provide essential procurement data and KPIs to buyers, third-party partners, and suppliers
• Work closely with Finance to ensure regular data extractions from ERP to BI tools
• Lead a project to align Indirect Spend Categorisation across all plants
• Develop and maintain reports for key KPIs (savings, supplier count, payment terms, etc.)
• Analyse procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support procurement strategies
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to drive decision-making
• Collaborate with the SAP project team to establish standardised reports for Indirect Procurement
• Train the procurement team on key reports and data analysis tools

Key Skills:

• Background in supplier management or procurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, BI tools, and data analysis
• SAP experience is highly desirable
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with internal teams and external suppliers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic project management skills are a plus
