Summary: The Procurement Analyst role at Future involves optimizing supplier costs while maintaining quality through spend categorization and cost-reduction initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Categorise all non-major business spend across departments to identify patterns and opportunities.
- Build and populate a centralised Supplier Contract Database, capturing end dates, notice periods, and auto-renewal clauses.
- Identify duplicate suppliers and develop a plan to consolidate volume with fewer, high-quality partners.
- Support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for mid-tier categories and commercial negotiations.

What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Analysis, this role plays a vital part in identifying efficiency opportunities across the group's contractual base. This project aims to optimise spend through detailed review and application of successfully established procurement processes.
Being able to manage large volumes of data from multiple sources and use that information to provide clear recommendations is a key part of the role, as is the ability to maintain a strong focus on the financial impact of consolidation and negotiation.
- Spend Analysis & Data Visualisation
- Categorise all non-major business spend across departments to identify patterns and opportunities
