Your new company Established over 20 years, our client thrives on providing a first-class service to its customers. You will be a part of the production/project team and report to the Finance Manager.

Deal with enquiries

Answer the phones

General admin tasks

Purchasing management - overseeing the purchasing process

Supplier Coordination - coordinate with suppliers to ensure deliveries arrive on time

Record keeping - maintaining accurate records of purchases, tracking orders

What you'll need to succeed You will be competent with MS Office and Excel. Answer calls so good communication skills A can-do attitude and happy to roll your sleeves up and get involved in other tasks.

What you'll get in return 3 days a week - 8 hours a day 8.30-4.30 with a 30-min lunch 28-day holiday pro rota
