Summary: A leading creative consultancy in Southwark is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Administrator for a 2 to 3 month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute questionnaires and clear guidance to sub-consultants
- Gather, organise, and archive responses efficiently
- Review submissions for accuracy and completeness, highlighting any discrepancies
- Confirm and cross-check company credentials such as registration numbers using public records
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive and current database of approved sub-consultants
- Follow up persistently with sub-consultants to secure timely and complete responses
- Liaise with internal teams including Finance, Legal, and OMS to ensure all compliance and vetting procedures are followed
