Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Procurement Administration tasks, including creating and generating project reports from SAP.
- Engage with suppliers via phone and email to secure updates on delivery dates and confirmations.
- Update SAP with revised delivery information and escalate critical details as needed.
- Oversee the placement of web orders for commercial and low-value items.
- Assist in obtaining new supplier documentation and updating existing supplier records.
- Support facilities tasks within the procurement team, including administration and documentation.
