Summary: The Processing Specialist in Account Services is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer requests related to Velocity Onboarding and Maintenance. This role involves verifying application completeness, processing requests within SLA timelines, and liaising with business units for clarifications. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to manage queries and escalate issues as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify completeness of application/request forms from customers.
- Process requests for Velocity onboarding & maintenance within SLA timeline.
- Liaise with Business Units on clarifications needed.
- Attend to queries from Business Units on processing status.
- Escalate issues/anomalies detected to Supervisor/Team Lead/Head of Section.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in English with clear communication skills.
- Quick typing skills and familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel.
- Meticulous with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under stress.
