Consultant Process Mapping & Operational Excellence (Healthcare Provider)

A prominent private healthcare provider based in Central London is seeking a highly skilled Consultant to support their process mapping and operational improvement project across multiple treatment centers. This project aims to drive consistency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct process mapping across various treatment areas to identify inefficiencies and standardize practices across all centers.
• Focus areas include patient pathways and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the internal operational excellence team, including senior management and key stakeholders such as doctors and patients.
• Analyze current processes, propose improvements, and help implement optimized workflows across existing and new locations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in process mapping, ideally within complex environments (healthcare, hospitality, or related industries).
• Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and ability to embed new processes effectively.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders, from clinicians to patients.
  

Project Details

• Timeframe: ASAP (initial engagement for 12 weeks, with the potential for extension depending on project success).
• Location: Primarily based in the office and treatment centers in Central London
• Budget: 500-550 per day 

Ideal Candidate:

• Someone with experience in mapping and optimizing processes in complex environments.
• A strong communicator with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• While healthcare experience is beneficial, experience in hospitality or hotel operations may also be highly relevant.
