The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced Ways of Working Partner / Process Improvement specialist to join a major transformation programme within a leading UK telecommunications organisation.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can get into the detail, understand how teams and processes operate today, identify inefficiencies and friction points, and then design and implement practical improvements.

- Design and implement practical process improvements that deliver measurable business value.
- Drive the adoption of new ways of working across teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and remove operational friction, inefficiencies and unnecessary hand-offs.
- Help define clearer roles, responsibilities and accountabilities between internal teams and external partners.
- Support the development and implementation of effective operating models.
- Work closely with technology, delivery, business and partner teams to improve collaboration.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to understand problems, develop solutions and drive agreement.
- Establish feedback mechanisms and measures to assess whether improvements are delivering the desired outcomes.
- Support a shift from an output-focused to an outcome-focused approach.
- Identify opportunities to standardise and improve processes across different areas of the organisation.
- Act as a change agent, challenging existing ways of working and introducing more effective approaches.
