Key Responsibilities:

• Execute well-defined laboratory tasks under supervision
• Perform low-complexity data collection and hands-on lab work
• Follow written instructions, SOPs, and guidance from supervisors
• Support troubleshooting efforts and escalate issues appropriately
• Maintain lab supply levels and assist with equipment upkeep
• Utilize project collaboration tools and shared digital environments
• Communicate observations, technical findings, and task progress to supervisors and team members
• Establish working relationships with immediate project team
• Seek clarification when instructions or expectations are unclear
• Understand internal customer needs and align work accordingly
