About The Opportunity

What You Would Do
- Analysing existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities

- Collaborating with production, quality and engineering teams to understand operational challenges and develop solutions
- Conducting root cause analysis on process issues and recommending corrective actions
- Documenting process changes, standard operating procedures and best practices
- Supporting the implementation and validation of new processes or equipment
- Monitoring key performance indicators and reporting on process improvements
What You Could Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related discipline)
- Proven experience in process engineering, process improvement or manufacturing engineering
- Working knowledge of process optimisation techniques and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and process documentation
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and operational teams
