Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for establishing manufacturing processes.
- Optimize and improve efficiency of manufacturing processes.
- Utilize Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Techniques, and other improvement tools.
- Conduct technical training and apply statistics, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Engage in Measurement System Analysis, SPC, DOEs, and Reliability assessments.
- Document and report on manufacturing processes relevant to medical devices.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience in process engineering within the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of various manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean Techniques.
