Role : Process Engineer - Trim & Final

Location: Gaydon & Halewood, UK (4 days / Week Onsite)

Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 Months)

Experience Band - 8 to 10 years of experience in Automotive Trim & Final Shop Process Engineering

Knowledge, Abilities & Experience

Proven experience in the automotive industry manufacturing engineering with a focus on Trim and Final operations.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles.

Proficiency in utilizing Autocad/Catia/Pro E software and manufacturing tools.
