Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with standards across Maintenance and execute asset management strategy.
• Provide input into major capital projects as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Manage projects up to £250k and lead a team of 5-6 people (for the Lead role).
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and drive corrective actions.
• Coach and mentor Maintenance Technicians and less experienced team members.
• Work in accordance with site safety standards and implement improvement actions.

Key Skills:

• Experience working on industrial plants with knowledge of production equipment.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Experience in continuous improvement techniques.
