Summary: The Process Design Lead role involves leading the design of operating models and processes for a Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation within a major digital transformation program. The position requires collaboration with a leading digital consultancy to drive process improvements and engage stakeholders effectively. The role is hybrid, requiring some on-site presence in the Leeds area, and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operating model and process design across business functions.
- Identify and deliver cross-functional process improvements.
- Provide best practice guidance in lean and operational excellence.
- Coordinate business process design for Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
- Produce and baseline documentation to support adoption.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Proven background in process design and operating model development.
- Skilled in BPMN, Lean, or SIPOC.
- Experience leading teams of BAs/process analysts.
- Systems implementation experience (process/requirements).
- A background within consulting is highly desirable.

Process Design Lead Leeds area – up to 2 days per week on-site Outside IR35 We’re looking for an experienced Process Design Lead experienced with Salesforce to support a major digital transformation programme. Working with a leading digital consultancy you’ll shape future operating models, drive process improvements, and lead process design for a Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation.
Responsibilities for the Process Design Lead:
- Lead operating model and process design across business functions.
