Summary: The Process Design Lead role involves leading the design of operating models and processes for a Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation within a major digital transformation program. The role is hybrid, requiring some on-site presence in the Leeds area, and is classified as outside IR35.

Process Design Lead Leeds area – up to 2 days per week on-site Outside IR35 We’re looking for an experienced Process Design Lead experienced with Salesforce to support a major digital transformation programme. Working with a leading digital consultancy you’ll shape future operating models, drive process improvements, and lead process design for a Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation.

Responsibilities for the Process Design Lead:

  • Lead operating model and process design across business functions.
  • Identify and deliver cross-functional process improvements.
  • Provide best practice guidance in lean and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate business process design for Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.

  • Proven expereince with Salesforce Revenue Cloud
  • Proven background in process design and Op Model development
