Summary: The Process Consultant/Process Design Lead will collaborate with business stakeholders to assess and implement process changes that align with customer expectations and strategic goals. This role involves developing customer journeys and optimizing business processes while supporting change management initiatives. The position requires a strong background in process improvement and stakeholder management, particularly within complex environments. The role is hybrid, requiring travel to the Bradford office 1-2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and translate them into process impact assessments.
- Develop 'as is' and 'to be' customer journeys and end-to-end business processes.
- Support central and local change management teams in delivering process optimizations.
- Drive transformational change across large organizations.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage relationships effectively.
Key Skills:
- Experience in complex environments with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ARIS for SAP Solutions.
- Track record in successful implementation of process improvement.
- Strong change management practices and facilitation skills.
- Ability to train, develop, and coach staff.
