Process Consultant

Summary: The Process Consultant will play a crucial role in a major transformation project for a leading global pharmaceutical client, focusing on the implementation of a single global SAP S/4 HANA solution. This position involves contributing to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core business processes within the Centre of Process Excellence team. The consultant is expected to leverage their expertise in process improvement and optimisation, particularly within the context of SAP S/4HANA. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver transformation of business processes and IT landscape through SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of core business processes.
• Work within the Centre of Process Excellence team.
• Utilise expertise in process improvement and optimisation.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and management of processes.

Key Skills:

• Solid experience of process improvement/process excellence.
• Practical experience working on process optimisation within SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement approaches.
• Experience working in a supply chain environment, including Network, Strategy, and Supply Chain Planning.
• Ideally, previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry (desirable but not essential).
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Salary (Rate): £500.00 daily
