Summary: The Process Architect role focuses on optimizing business processes within the banking sector, requiring a blend of enterprise architecture expertise and practical experience in business process engineering. Key Responsibilities:
- Re-engineering and optimizing business processes for large financial institutions.
- Documentation, analysis, and re-engineering of the bank's business processes to enhance speed, cost, and efficiency.
- Developing and implementing a structured approach to business process management.
- Collaborating with business units and technical teams to align processes with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, particularly in Business/process Architecture.
- Specialization in Business Process Engineering within the banking sector.
- Proven track record in optimizing business processes.
- Deep understanding of IT Architecture and its relationship with business and data architectures.
- Eligibility for BPSS and PAYE through umbrella company.

Role Description:
Process architect with business domain expertise
Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, with a specialization in Business/process Architecture and Business Process Engineering within the banking sector
Proven track record of re-engineering and optimizing business processes for large financial institutions
Deep understanding of IT Architecture and its interplay with business and data architectures
documentation, analysis, and re-engineering of the bank's business processes to optimize for speed, cost, and efficiency.
Develop and implement a structured approach to business process management, ensuring processes are scalable, measurable, and adaptable to change.
Collaborate with business units and technical teams to ensure that processes align with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.
