Two exciting opportunities have arisen for Project Officers to join our Private Sector Housing Team. These roles will play a pivotal part in delivering a wide range of projects and programmes that support the service’s strategic priorities. The successful postholders will lead and support projects within property licensing, and housing enforcement. In addition, you will play a vital role in supporting projects linked to the Renters’ Rights Act, helping the service implement new duties, strengthen compliance activities, and ensure landlords, tenants, and community partners are fully informed of their rights and responsibilities under the evolving regulatory landscape.
