Summary: We are seeking a Private Credit Business Analyst with expertise in the Allvue platform to support a long-term implementation and transformation initiative. The role involves leading business requirements, process implementation, and system configuration specifically within the private credit domain, focusing on loans. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance. This position is hybrid, requiring three days a week in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business requirements gathering and analysis for private credit operations.
- Drive implementation and configuration of Allvue across the private credit book.
- Set up business processes and functional workflows within the tool.
- Oversee data setup, historical data uploads, and reconciliations.
- Support compliance setup and ensure controls are in place.
- Collaborate with front office, operations, risk, and compliance teams.
- Analyze and monitor portfolios across three key private credit asset classes: Direct Lending, Capital Solutions Group (CSG), Infrastructure Debt.
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
- Act as a liaison between technology and business stakeholders.
